Lofi Phonics Terms and Conditions:

1. Subscription and Access

By subscribing to the Lofi Phonics service, you are purchasing a one-year subscription that grants you access to our curated Lofi beats designed to complement phonics learning. This subscription is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

2. Physical Book Purchase

In addition to the subscription, you have the option to purchase a physical copy of the Lofi Phonics book at the time of subscription. The book will be shipped to you within (5-7 business days) after your subscription is confirmed.

3. Payment and Renewal

All subscription fees are billed upfront for the one-year period, and your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term unless you choose to cancel before the renewal date. We will send you a reminder in advance so you have the opportunity to opt out if you do not wish to continue.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription within fourteen (14) days of purchase for a full refund of the subscription fee related to the digital beats access, provided that you have not accessed or downloaded the content.

However, if you have purchased a bundle that includes a physical book, please note that the book portion of the bundle is non-refundable once shipped. In other words, while you can receive a refund for the digital subscription within the allowed period, the cost of the physical book is non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All digital content, including Lofi beats and the Lofi Phonics book, is the intellectual property of Lofi Phonics and is provided to you for personal educational use only. Any redistribution or resale of the content is strictly prohibited.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website.

7. Bundle Purchase Terms

If you choose to purchase the Lofi Phonics bundle—which includes both the one-year subscription to the Lofi beats and a physical copy of the book—your payment will cover both items as a single transaction. The terms of the subscription remain the same as outlined above, and the physical book will be shipped as part of the bundle purchase within the same (5-7 business days).

In the event of a cancellation within the eligible refund period, you must return the physical book in its original condition to receive a full refund. After the refund period, bundle purchases are non-refundable, and you will retain access to the beats for the duration of your subscription term.
